How to order – terms of delivery and payment

How to order

Goods, products or services can be ordered for delivery in Brno and surrounding areas, pursuant to our Terms of Delivery, through the „E-shop“ , section at our website, by e-mail at obchod@kvetiny-kaplan.cz.

Terms of Delivery

Floral products and shipments are delivered within Brno-City for a flat rate of 150,-Kč CZK, during our :

business hours:
Mon to Fri: 8 am – 4 pm


Outside of this basic delivery time,i.e. Mon – Fri: 4:01 pm to 8 pm + Sat, Sun: 8 am to 8 pm, an extra fee of 150 CZK will be charged.

On national holidays, we charge an extra fee of : 250 CZK

Note that different delivery rates apply to Brno suburbs.


We also deliver in the Brno and Vysočina regions, for a rate of about 8 CZK/km, see the “Delivery Region“.

The minimum price of a floral product is stated in the price list. The delivery fee is therefore the same regardless of whether you have five or ten roses delivered, for example. (We want to play it fair with our customers, which is why we don’t provide discounts off the delivery fee depending on the product price, as some flower shops do, subsidising the delivery fee by “swindling you” on the product or pretending to deliver it for free.)

Delivery of a floral shipment to a third person (gift recipient) in Brno-City in the section „Delivery of Flowers“ can be made immediately after your order is received and payment card authorised, i.e. within one to two hours, from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, and from 8 am to 10 am on Saturday (e.g. if an order is received at 2 pm from Monday to Friday, delivery can be made on the same day, depending on current operational conditions in the company).

Except in extraordinary cases, orders received on Saturday after 10 am can be delivered on Monday at the earliest..

In case of another method of payment (see “Payment Methods”), delivery is made after the appropriate sum is received; of course, this does not apply to our regular customers.

If no delivery time within the defined time periods (8 - 10 am/10 am – 12 pm/12 – 2 pm/2 – 4 pm) suits you, and the delivery time has a special meaning for the customer or recipient, e.g. 3:03 pm, this should be stated in “Message – Other Information”. If our operating conditions permit, we will be glad to fulfil your wish.


A shipment for delivery outside of Brno-City needs to be ordered at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time, unless our operating conditions permit otherwise. More complicated products, such as funeral bouquets, wreaths, baskets, etc., should also be ordered at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

If your order does not contain the telephone number of the recipient, and therefore we cannot verify whether he/she is present at the provided address at the given time, the shipment will be left with a neighbour, in case of his/her absence (a note about the shipment's location will be dropped in the recipient’s mailbox).

Please check that you entered your e-mail address correctly before submitting your order.
An order confirmation as well as a delivery notification will be subsequently sent to this address. If you enter the wrong e-mail address and there are complications with your payment card authorisation, the problem cannot be resolved and therefore service cannot be provided..

Products for the seasonal decoration of graves can only be ordered within defined periods (before All Saints Day, Christmas, Easter, etc.)

For the products displayed in the catalogues „Flower Delivery“ and „Funeral Arrangement“ we use the same flowers shown in the photographs; only in exceptional cases, a particular type or colour may be replaced with the most suitable type of a similar appearance. Photographs of products divided by price into A) Standard, B) Rich, and C) Representational mostly correspond to a medium price category, in terms of flower richness and composition.
